1. RECITALS & SCOPE OF SERVICE
WHEREAS, Provider operates and maintains the Positive Light Learning Network (PLPLN) platform offering professional course content, administrative analytics engines, micro-credential templates, and compliance tracking; and
WHEREAS, Client desires to acquire access to the PLPLN modules to facilitate accredited professional growth tracks and educational instruction for its certified educators and administrative workforce.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree to partner under the selected tier configuration outlined below:
This selection covers the full system license, inclusive of AI Course Builders, MOECS/SCECH logs formatting, Evaluator modules, and full district analytics access.
2. RENEWAL, FEES & BILLING CYCLE
Client agrees to pay the annual value of $0 (the “Contract Amount”) billed on a ANNUAL schedule. Invoicing is processed by the automatic PLPLN billing system with payments due within 30 calendar days of the generated invoice date.
⚠️ Renewal Policy Warning: This contract defaults to AUTO-RENEW ENABLED. Notification reminders will be automatically distributed to the client administration at 120, 90, 60, 30, and 15 days prior to expiration.
Providers will calculate late fee suggestions according to the defined administrators policies (standard grace periods of 30 days and suggested late charges of 5%), but no automatic charges will occur without Immersive Careers Group Inc. administration manual authorization.
3. INSTITUTIONAL SCECH COMPLIANCE & LEGAL NOTICE
Accreditation Disclaimer: Positive Light Learning Network is preparing sponsor-readiness materials. SCECH status remains PREPARING. Completed coursework provides certificates of accomplishment. State Continuing Education Clock Hours (SCECH) are subject to final MOECS submissions by an approved SCECH sponsor.
Legal Status & Infrastructure: Educational services may be delivered through Positive Light Learning Network (PLLN). Positive Light Learning Network is preparing sponsor-readiness materials. SCECH status remains PREPARING. This agreement is between the Client Organization and Immersive Careers Group Inc. All invoices shall originate from Immersive Careers Group Inc.
